Therefore we aim at a career policy that allows our employees to develop themselves in the direction that suits their talents best. We invest intensively in our staff by offering them ample training opportunities. Our training center organises a broad range of technical training courses and seminars. Moreover, our training offer also covers personal development skills by providing e.g. communication skills, public speaking, conference techniques, and project, time and people management training. In order to support our managers in their role and to develop our future leaders, we have several leadership programmes in place.
Because imec is a multicultural organisation employing over 60 different nationalities, we pay special attention to cultural awareness amongst our staff. Therefore, we organize a range of cultural diversity training courses in order to enhance the efficiency of the cross-cultural collaboration in our company.
