Invent - Imec investigates organic high-density non-volatile memories, as a future alternative for DRAM and Flash memories.

Achieve - In 2007, imec developed a method to grow CuTCNQ layers for integration of the charge-transfer complex in vias of Cu CMOS back-end-of-line wafers with diameters of 130nm and below.
